CrossBodybuilding

CrossBodybuilding are group fitness classes of up to 8 members per class. We combine the best from the world of CrossFit and bodybuilding and combine it into a perfect program to get you stronger and fitter all around. If you want to join us, please contact us first through e-mail, whatsapp or Instagram so we can schedule an introduction meeting. We always start with the 12 classes package in the first month because we have at least 1 PT session with the client in order to go through all of the basic movements so the workouts in the group are effectively scaled for each and very one of you.
