Who is Coach Dale?

Besides wanting to be stronger at the field I also enjoyed sculpting my body and that is when the love towards bodybuilding started developing.
My love for the gym and weight training began when I had to recover from multiple football injuries and surgeries and started spending significant time at the gym. All of the injuries have also been a way to educate myself on different recovery processes.
Throughout my football career and development as both a coach and an athlete I have been training with professional track and field athletes, soccer players, bodybuilders and later on started doing crossfit and competed at it.
The love for aesthetics and also performance grew to become my new way of training which combines the best of the 3 worlds: Track and Field, CrossFit and Bodybuilding.
I use this method with my clients and I’ve created multiple programs that are designed in such a way that with consistency can take you from the office to becoming an Athlete.
