Who is Coach Dale?

My sport career started in 1998 when I started playing football. I played defence even since I started and to be honest I didn’t have the family genetics to inherit any talent for it so I had to work for it. That’s where my love towards fitness started around the year 2000 when I was waking up every morning to go do push ups, pull ups dips and sit ups. This is a habit that stayed alive up to this day and training has become a part of my daily routine.

Besides wanting to be stronger at the field I also enjoyed sculpting my body and that is when the love towards bodybuilding started developing.

My love for the gym and weight training began when I had to recover from multiple football injuries and surgeries and started spending significant time at the gym. All of the injuries have also been a way to educate myself on different recovery processes.

Throughout my football career and development as both a coach and an athlete I have been training with professional track and field athletes, soccer players, bodybuilders and later on started doing crossfit and competed at it.

The love for aesthetics and also performance grew to become my new way of training which combines the best of the 3 worlds: Track and Field, CrossFit and Bodybuilding.

I use this method with my clients and I’ve created multiple programs that are designed in such a way that with consistency can take you from the office to becoming an Athlete.

I have over a decade of experience as a coach and I have been in fitness for over 25 years. But this is not the main reason you should pick me. The real reason you should pick me is that I have invested a lot in my education, I care about my clients health first and you can contact me for free conslutatations so I can explain how I work and give you and give you my best offer

How do I pay?

You can buy online programs directly trough the storefront a an in-app purchase. Most of the programs also have a 7 day trial period so that you can see how everything works and if the program works for you. If it doesn't suit your needs than you can just cancel the subscription before the end of the 7 days. But can also contact me and pay with payPal if that works better for you.

Mentorship program contains a Nutrition Guide for 12 weeks which is a step by step journey in your healthy dieting. It contains an Ebook with education and recipes but it also has meal plan examples from 1250 to 2500 kcal and coach's suppoert for 4 weeks.
